Roast suckling piglet the next 16th April at midday

Spanish cuisine is known as one of the best in the world. Perhaps the most famous dishes is the Suckling Pork as roasted in Segovia´s Casa Cándido which serves thousands of tourists every year to enjoy this fine, traditional specialty.
Masia La Mota is always looking for the essence and thinking about our costumers we’ve organized for the Saturday 27th February, a lunch, where the main course is the roast suckling pork. Our chef Mikael Mas Calvo, will personally demonstrate the process of carving the tender roast utilizing a dish instead of knifet, a tradition borrowed from Candido´s own style.
If you have thought of making a reservation with us for this Saturday, please be aware that we will not be offering the regular menu; nevertheless, if pork is not your thing, don’t worry, please call us ahead so we can offer an alternative dish of your preference.
