t is a program by the Generalitat that, through the Valencian Tourism Agency, promotes a culture of quality among tourism companies and entities with the aim of constantly and sustainably improving the services offered and making excellence the hallmark of tourism in the Valencian Community.
To achieve this, we support the acquisition of certificates based on internationally recognised (ISO 9001/14001), European (EMAS Regulation and European Ecolabel), and national (UNE standards) norms, all of which are highly reputable.
It is made up of all the tourism companies and entities in the Valencian Community that hold quality, environmental, or accessibility certificates, obtained after passing rigorous audits that endorse their management’s focus on continuous improvement and their services’ focus on tourist satisfaction.
