1. HOW TO BUY
Shopping in our store is very simple. You need to choose an item, add it to the basket, and process the order using your preferred payment method. To make a purchase, you must be registered as a customer. Sales operations will be considered concluded at:

2. HOW TO PAY
You can pay for your purchases by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, and JCB), bank transfer, or PayPal.
If the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) reports a card denial, the order will be automatically cancelled.
For your security, MASÍA LA MOTA relies on the credit card payment system through the secure payment gateway of “Banco Sabadell,” which provides all guarantees of security, confidentiality, and integrity for all parties involved. It implements SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) on all communications, preventing third-party interception, thus ensuring confidentiality during transactions. Banking data entered are encrypted, transmitted, and securely verified on the servers of the issuing bank.
The client must notify MASÍA LA MOTA of any undue or fraudulent charges by email as soon as possible.
The client agrees to pay when placing the order. To the initial price shown on the website, the relevant shipping costs will be added, unless the purchase exceeds €49.90 within mainland Spain, in which case shipping will be FREE.
The purchase receipt, delivery note, and invoice will be available to view and/or print at [www.masialamota.com](http://www.masialamota.com) in the “my account” section.
If the product is unavailable after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email or phone of the cancellation or the option to change. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

3. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Mainland Spain: Shipping and packaging costs are €4 (VAT included).
For bulky orders, shipping costs will be quoted separately.

MASÍA LA MOTA undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated in the order form during normal working hours, Monday to Friday.
The shipping period is 10 working days, with a maximum of 15 days, as some products are made to order. If an article cannot be delivered within this time, the customer will be informed.
For promotional products, the maximum period extends to 15 days after the promotion ends.
Orders placed in AUGUST will be delivered in SEPTEMBER.
MASÍA LA MOTA is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses entered on the order form.
If the client is absent at the time of delivery, the package may be collected at the post office or agency indicated. If, after several days and email notifications, the package is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the client will bear the shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
4. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
We are committed to offering the highest quality to our customers.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to make a return. To do so, the product must be in perfect condition, unopened, and unused, due to hygiene, packaging, and presentation requirements, ensuring the products are fit for resale.
A refund of the total purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be made within 14 calendar days of being notified of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, provided no additional costs are incurred by MASÍA LA MOTA.

5. TAXES
Purchases are subject to current Spanish legislation; therefore, all items offered include VAT.
Sales operations will be considered made at the registered office of MASÍA LA MOTA, C/ Madeixes, 14 46870 Ontinyent.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By pressing the “CONFIRM ORDER AND PAY” button during the purchase process, the client declares full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale and Use.
MASÍA LA MOTA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on current rates at the time of order registration.

7. INVOICES
The buyer is entitled to receive an invoice including identification details of the buyer and establishment, purchase date, unit price, total price, and VAT breakdown. Both the price excluding VAT and the VAT-inclusive price must be shown. If any data are missing, the merchant must immediately correct them.

8. CONTRACTING
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for conflict resolution and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
