Tonight we leave behind the unforgettable moments that 2015 has left us… to welcome the new year. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Among them, as every year, visits from old friends and new travellers that we have met along the way. In addition, this year has been particularly relevant as it has been the 15th anniversary of the reconstruction of the Masia. After more than 20 years of land forgotten by the passage of time, thanks to tenacity and hard work, today we can see a new perspective of sustainable development. Where our project to recover the old farm can be seen more closely.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This year, we have also held a wide variety of events as part of our aim to revive the indigenous traditions of the land. In which we have promoted our culture and traditional gastronomy. Likewise, we were able to start our olive tree plantation, although with some setbacks, we will continue to join forces to recover the typical nature of this land.<\/p>\n

As important milestones we also highlight that the Michelin Guide recommends us as one of its four charming hotels in the Valencian Community, as well as the publications in El Viajero Diario El Pa\u00eds and El Economista. Last but not least, we would like to greet our friends from Trail, who spent a pleasant time at our home.<\/p>\n

Thank you all, family, friends and supporters for being there. Thanks to everyone we have built a dream.<\/span><\/p>\n
