With its commitment to in-house production, it has created a talented team of creative professionals and craftsmen, becoming a strong leader in this production sector. And it is precisely <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eltallerdepinero.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">El Taller de Pi\u00f1ero<\/a> that has been commissioned to create the new experimental tableware that Ferran Adri\u00e1 is looking for.<\/p>\n<p>Pi\u00f1ero&#8217;s ability to adapt has led him to work alongside the brothers Albert and Ferran Adri\u00e1, both at their restaurant, \u00a8Tickets\u00a8 in Barcelona, and at \u00a8Hearts&#8221; in Ibiza.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2800 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masialamota.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Ferr%C3%A1n-Adri%C3%A1-en-La-Mota-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"Ferr\u00e1n Adri\u00e1 in La Mota\" width=\"776\" height=\"518\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On this visit to Alcoy he was accompanied by Rafa Zafra, head chef of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heartibiza.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heart Ibiza<\/a> and of the new restaurant to be opened in Barcelona: Estimar.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to Jos\u00e9 Miguel we hosted Ferran and his companions at Masia La Mota. For us, it was a source of joy because it allowed us to share some very pleasant moments with all of them.
