This is one of the objectives that Mas\u00eda la Mota has set itself, where this EVOO is produced thanks to the work carried out on these lands located on the slopes of the Font Roja Natural Park.<br \/>\nTo this end, Mas\u00eda La Mota has once again organised a double extra virgin olive oil tasting on Friday 2 October and Saturday 3 October. From 8 p.m. onwards, those who take part will be able to learn the secrets of this beneficial product, which is fundamental to the Mediterranean diet.<br \/>\nBoth sessions will be led by Pau Ferrando, an agronomist from the Almazara Travadell olive mill in Millena, where participants will learn about olive harvesting, cold extraction and the rest of the production process.<br \/>\nAfter getting to know the EVOO by smell and taste, the oil tasting will be followed by a tasting of cheeses and cold meats from El Secreto Ib\u00e9rico. In addition, participants will take home a 250 ml bottle of Mas\u00eda La Mota extra virgin olive oil as a gift.
