Prices and conditions of the rooms and reservations
- Prices per room per night, bed and breakfast.
- Prices with taxes included.
- Special occasions like New Year’s and Moors & Chrisitans’ Festivities have extra charge, thus normal rates as stated in regular calendars quotes are not availables for New Year’s Eve or Fiestas de Moros y Cristianos. Prices for New Year’s Eve will be published during the month of October.
- Also we require minimum stay of 2 nights on both the the dates of New Year’s Eve and Fiestas de Moros y Cristianos.
- Check-in: will be from 14:00 hrs.
- Check-out: 12:00 hrs.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
- Reservations for 4 or more rooms requires a minimum deposit of 25% of the total amount of reservation (by either bank transfer or credit card). Cancellations between 0-7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the value of the reservation.
- For exclusive use, a deposit of 35% is required of the total amount of the reservation. If reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival, you will be charged another 35% . And, if reservation is cancelled within 40 days prior to arrival, you will be charged the 100% of the total amount of reservation.
